Interns are responsible for carrying out a range of scientific tasks related to the poltextLAB Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (see: https://poltextlab.tk.hu/hu).
The internship requires approximately 10 hours per week, with a schedule to be arranged in agreement with the project supervisor. The lab provides certification of the internship for higher education institutions; however, no financial compensation is offered.
As part of the program, interns will gain insight into pioneering research in Hungarian political science, which integrates state-of-the-art computational methods and aims to promote their adoption across the discipline. Tasks will vary depending on the intern’s background and may include reviewing and refining machine-coded data as well as contributing to programming tasks.
At the end of the internship, participants will have the opportunity to present what they have learned during their time at the research lab.
